Members Information Update
Please read this guide and take care to enter the information accurately. It will be printed in the club directory exactly as entered!
Only your name, home address and telephone number are required. However, it's very useful to share as much contact information as you can. That way, you won't miss out on club communications and opportunities.
If your home phone is a mobile, please enter it in the home phone field as well as the mobile phone field. It's generally better to avoid using your mobile as your home phone entry, as it can be expensive for you to receive unnecessary calls while you're abroad, on holiday or on business.
Please enter a daytime (work) telephone number as well as a mobile number if applicable. If you do not wish to complete any particular fields, please just leave them blank - do not type "none". The information will be automatically processed into the directory database, so please type carefully!
Note that information entered will be published in the club directory, which is used within the club only. For club officers, some information may be used in the Rotary District 1110 directory as well. Neither of these are public documents.
The details entered here are temporarily held on this internet server and are sent by email to a club member who will be compiling the directory.
